Coral Windows is a local retailer of windows, doors and conservatories. They needed to amp up their traffic and engagement on Facebook, the biggest social media platform. This would boost their sales by maximising their potential on social media. To achieve guaranteed results, we used trial and experience to create a Facebook lead generation campaign, targeted at exactly the right people.

THE PROBLEM

Coral Windows needed to strengthen their relationship with customers on Facebook, reaching more of its target audience and acquiring more traffic. They needed something strategic and targeted alongside their organic, everyday content. Facebook was important for Coral to gain influence on, with a lot of its audience active on the platform. However, they needed help getting there, and a guarantee that they’d see the desired results.

On this project, the client’s budget was limited, so we needed to find pre-qualified leads – in other words, people guaranteed to meet buying criteria – at the lowest cost.

With not a lot of money to play with, we drew on our past experience to identify the best strategies for generating leads for the client. We also had to ensure they would work in the real campaign, so used a small portion of the budget to split-test copy, creative and audience.

THE SOLUTION

After we completed our tests and were happy with the results, we launched a full-scale lead-generation campaign with a higher budget. We used the copy, creative and audience elements that had given Coral the best results in the tests, which ensured they were maximising their potential.
